The Perseus Digital Library offers a useful platform for studying ancient Greek and Roman philosophy, literature and history. The website is free and open source. Many works in the Perseus Digital Library are available both in their original language and in an English translation, and some include footnotes or commentaries. Hosted by Tufts University, Perseus also includes collections of early modern English literature and Latin Renaissance poetry.
